Piazza Velasca, 4
The office in Milan is at the Studio Legale Todarello e Associati, located in Piazza Velasca, at number 4, in front of the homonymous tower, well known example of the Italian rationalist architectural current, in the immediate vicinity of the Milan Cathedral.
It is just 5 minutes walk from the Court of Milan, in via Freguglia, and about 10 from the Regional Administrative Court.
Piazza B. Michelotti, 1
The office in Perugia of the Studio Legale Spinelli is located in the city center, in Piazza B. Michelotti, on the first floor of Palazzo Veracchi, built in the 14th century, according to some scholars including the ancient papal palace built by the famous abbot of Monmaggiore, who held the city at that time.
This would seem to be witnessed by the presence within it of a well of medieval origin, within which it is said that the lifeless body of Biordo Michelotti was thrown, captain of fortune and condottiero became master of the city of Perugia at the end of the fourteenth century.
The Civil, Criminal and Administrative Courts, as well as the Court of Appeal and the offices of the Justice of Peace, are only a 5-minute walk from the studio.
OFFICE OF ROME
Piazza Dell’Orologio, 7
The office in Rome of the Studio Legale Spinelli is located in Piazza Dell’Orologio on the second floor of the Palazzo del Banco of Santo Spirito, whose construction was commissioned in 1660 to Borromini by Monsignor Virgilio of the Marquis Spada.
The current architectural lines are also the result of a stylistic reinterpretation commissioned at the end of the 19th century to the architect Gaetano Koch (author among others of the Bank of Italy building in Via Nazionale), from the ancestors of the current owners, who wanted to raise the existing structure, with the addition of the current attic floor.
The Studio is just 5 minutes’ walk from both the Council of State and the Cassation, being in the immediate vicinity of Corso Vittorio Emanuele II and Piazza Navona.
