The firm offers consultancy services, including continuous and stable, for the management of all legal problems related to participation in public tenders and / or project finance procedures and regarding the management of the executive phase of contracts.

In particular, the firm provides its advice in all stages of the tender (preparation of the offer, assessment of the possession of the requirements, constitution of ATI) up to any administrative dispute (contestation of calls for tenders, exclusion or award orders) or civil (rising disputes over the execution of the contract).

With regard to the project finance procedures, the Firm assists private operators and / or public bodies, in the various phases of the complex procedure, assisting clients in preparing the necessary documentation, as well as preparing the deeds for the constitution of the cc.dd. project companies and related assignment contracts.

The study also takes care of assisting companies in the participation in international tenders and / or foreign missions, the creation of joint ventures, the drafting of contracts that concern the implementation phase, also in collaboration with foreign firms.
